1. What is Huracan Café? In which area of Punta Cana is it located?

Huracan Café is a private beach restaurant located in Los Corales Beach, Punta Cana.

2. What kind of food do you serve?

At Huracan Café, our culinary roots are deeply entrenched in Mediterranean flavours. Infused with the aromatic essence of fresh olive oil, ripe tomatoes, and fragrant basil, these signature scents and flavours are seamlessly woven into our wedding menus, created using an array of local island produce.

3. How many guests can Huracan Café hold?

4. On my wedding date will Huracan Café be private for my group?

If you have 50 adults attending your wedding, then the privatization fee is waived, and we will close our doors automatically for your group. If your group has less than 50 adults then you have the option of privatizing at a fee but it is not mandatory to do it.

5. Can I personalize my drinks and food options?

Of course! We love to create perfect menus and open bars for you, so you can mix and match our set menus or you can let us know your ideas and we will quote you accordingly.

6. Do you have kids meals?

Yes, our kids menu is one big course containing chicken fingers, french fries, and spaghetti pomodoro, they can pick during dinner what they’d like to eat.

7. Do you have a vegetarian option?

Yes, we have done vegan and vegetarian weddings amazingly!

8. Can you accommodate food allergies or intolerance?

Yes, everything can be accomodated.

9. Will we be able to try our whole selection before the wedding day?

Yes, you will have a meeting and full tasting once in Punta Cana, where all of your final decisions are going to be made and you will have the chance to connect with Nati and your team!

10. What's your plan B in case of rain?

The inside area is big enough to hold all of the wedding day activities. In our tropical climate, short showers are normal, and also normal to have a huge sun shortly after so we have never had to move the ceremony indoors. We wait for the perfect moment to hold the ceremony, and we’ve been very blessed in doing so.

11. Is there a place for the Bride to get ready? At what time does it opens? It is an additional charge to use it?

Yes! We do have a bridal suite for you and your squad, it comfortably fits up to 8 people and will also be beautiful for your getting ready pictures. It is open from 9 am on the wedding day. It has no additional charge.

12. How long can we extend our wedding?

We don’t have time restrictions, as long as the party is going and the bar running we can stay at the venue as long as needed.

13. Does Huracan café offer on site coordination and wedding planning?

Yes! Natalia Roldan Weddings is the in house team!

14. Are outside vendors allowed?

Make up artists, photographers and videographers are welcome, but we have worked hard to include some of the best professionals in each area as a part of our team. Take a look at our list of favorite vendors that will complete the whole experience.

15. Are other events scheduled on the same day?

No, we only hold 1 event per day as the entire team will be 100% focused on your wedding.

16. Which kind of ceremony can we have in Huracan Café?

Most of our ceremonies are symbolic. We have an in house team taking care of ceremonies and we also have an MC. We recommend symbolic ceremonies as they can be personalized, bilingual, and will be set to your mood. Legal ceremonies can also be done in Huracan.

17. At what time should my ceremony start?

We recommend to start between 4:30PM to 5:30PM all year long.

18. Will Huracan provide Transportation from the hotel to the restaurant and how does it work?

Yes! Included in the round trip we prepared for you are 5 different shuttles times, 3 to come to Huracan (bride, groom and guests) and 2 different ones to go back to the hotel.

19. If we choose not to use the transportation, is there Valet Parking on site?

We do have the service of valet parking when needed, if interested, please coordinate with your planner.

20. How far in advance should I book my wedding with you?

As soon as you have a date in mind and you feel Huracan is the perfect venue and team for you!

21. How much is the deposit required to book my date? It is refundable?

To reserve a date, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your final invoice. Consider it a payment in advance.

22. When would the final bill have to be paid?

By our tasting day, the full invoice will need to be paid. Different payment options include a bank wire transfer and PayPal Payments (coordinated beforehand with your planner) You may also pay by credit card or cash on the day of the tasting.
