Natalia Roldán, a wedding planner specializing in floral design with over 16 years of experience planning and executing weddings in Punta Cana, leads the in-house planning team at Huracan Beach Club and The View Bar & Lounge. We are a team passionate about designing wedding experiences as unique as the love story that inspires them. We’re excited to join you on this special journey!

As planners, our commitment extends to orchestrating a flawlessly executed dream day. This encompasses our initial engagement with couples, budgeting, consistent communication, regular check-ins via phone calls, and fine-tuning your personalized project files,  ltimately overseen by Nati herself.

Get in touch with us! We'll start with an initial call to get to know each other, learn more about what you're envisioning for your  wedding day, share details about our overall workflow, and answer any questions you may have.

PLANNING

Once your contract is signed and deposit is submitted, we’re locked in! We'll kick off the planning by equipping you with all the tools we'll use throughout the process. You'll have access to all our resources, and we’ll create a personalized planning experience just for  you.

WEDDING DAY

Focus on enjoying your day! Start the morning in a bridal suite specially designed for everyone's comfort, where you’ll get ready and  watch the wedding setup unfold. Ceremony, reception, dinner, party… We’ll fill you in on all the details right here.

01. WHAT DOES YOUR BOOKING PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

To reserve a date, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your final invoice. Consider it a payment in advance.

02. HOW LONG BEFORE MY WEDDING SHOULD I REACH OUT TO YOU?

On average, we recommend reaching out to us with one year to plan. We've worked with couples for up to 2 years and as short as 4 months. The more time the better!

03. WHAT DOES YOUR IDEAL CLIENT LOOK LIKE?

We value clients who trust our expertise, prioritize clear communication, embrace a sense of fun, and are easygoing. Building a relationship based on mutual trust and positivity makes our interactions not only productive but also enjoyable. We know you have many amazing planners to choose from, so it's important for you to trust that we won't let you down!

04. ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?

Absolutely! Punta Cana Weddings is inclusive and celebrates ALL love regardless of sexual orientation, gender, age or ethnicity.

05. ON MY WEDDING DATE WILL THE VENUE BE PRIVATE FOR MY GROUP?

If you have 50 adults attending your wedding, then the privatization fee is waived, and we will close our doors automatically for your group. If your group has less than 50 adults then you have the option of privatizing at a fee but it is not mandatory to do it.

06. CAN I PERSONALIZE MY DRINKS AND FOOD OPTIONS?

Of course! We love to create perfect menus and open bars for you, so you can mix and match our set menus or you can let us know your ideas and we will quote you accordingly.

07. WHAT’S YOUR PLAN B IN CASE OF RAIN?

The inside area is big enough to hold all of the wedding day activities. In our tropical climate, short showers are normal, and also normal to have a huge sun shortly after so we have never had to move the ceremony indoors. We wait for the perfect moment to hold the ceremony, and we’ve been very blessed in doing so.

08. IS THERE A PLACE TO THE BRIDE TO GET READY?

Yes! We do have a bridal suite for you and your squad, it comfortably fits up to 8 people and will also be beautiful for your getting ready pictures. It is open from 9 am on the wedding day. It has no additional charge.

09. ARE OTHER EVENTS SCHEDULED ON THE SAME DAY?

No, we only hold 1 event per day as the entire team will be 100% focused on your wedding.

10. WHEN WOULD THE FINAL BILL HAVE TO BE PAID?

By our tasting day, the full invoice will need to be paid. Different payment options include a bank wire transfer and PayPal Payments (coordinated beforehand with your planner) You may also pay by credit card or cash on the day of the tasting.
