Natalia Roldán, a wedding planner specializing in floral design with over 16 years of experience planning and executing weddings in Punta Cana, leads the in-house planning team at Huracan Beach Club and The View Bar & Lounge. We are a team passionate about designing wedding experiences as unique as the love story that inspires them. We’re excited to join you on this special journey!

As planners, our commitment extends to orchestrating a flawlessly executed dream day. This encompasses our initial engagement with couples, budgeting, consistent communication, regular check-ins via phone calls, and fine-tuning your personalized project files, ltimately overseen by Nati herself.

Once your contract is signed and deposit is submitted, we’re locked in! We'll kick off the planning by equipping you with all the tools we'll use throughout the process. You'll have access to all our resources, and we’ll create a personalized planning experience just for you.
WEDDING DAY
Focus on enjoying your day! Start the morning in a bridal suite specially designed for everyone's comfort, where you’ll get ready and watch the wedding setup unfold. Ceremony, reception, dinner, party… We’ll fill you in on all the details right here.

To reserve a date, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your final invoice. Consider it a payment in advance.
On average, we recommend reaching out to us with one year to plan. We've worked with couples for up to 2 years and as short as 4 months. The more time the better!

Absolutely! Punta Cana Weddings is inclusive and celebrates ALL love regardless of sexual orientation, gender, age or ethnicity.
If you have 50 adults attending your wedding, then the privatization fee is waived, and we will close our doors automatically for your group. If your group has less than 50 adults then you have the option of privatizing at a fee but it is not mandatory to do it.
Of course! We love to create perfect menus and open bars for you, so you can mix and match our set menus or you can let us know your ideas and we will quote you accordingly.
The inside area is big enough to hold all of the wedding day activities. In our tropical climate, short showers are normal, and also normal to have a huge sun shortly after so we have never had to move the ceremony indoors. We wait for the perfect moment to hold the ceremony, and we’ve been very blessed in doing so.
Yes! We do have a bridal suite for you and your squad, it comfortably fits up to 8 people and will also be beautiful for your getting ready pictures. It is open from 9 am on the wedding day. It has no additional charge.
No, we only hold 1 event per day as the entire team will be 100% focused on your wedding.
By our tasting day, the full invoice will need to be paid. Different payment options include a bank wire transfer and PayPal Payments (coordinated beforehand with your planner) You may also pay by credit card or cash on the day of the tasting.

From the planning that started with Stephanie to the details of Nati and her team, everything was beautiful, more than I imagined. Jonathan the MC/officiant was wonderful! I felt like a princess with the help of KrystieAnn (MUA). Working with Katya Nova, Rob & Julio Maldonado was a pleasure (can’t wait to see the pictures & video).
We had a saxophonist for cocktail hour Pascal Au brion, who was phenomenal & added elegance. I could hear him on the beach while taking photos. The food was delicious! Their staff was amazing & so friendly, shout out to Alberto & Carmen!!
Crazy hour was the biggest hit that got our group up & dancing!!! I was told we had the guests who danced & partied the most therefore you know the DJ’s did a great job mixing up the music!! All our guest have been raving about how much they enjoyed our wedding.
I wish we could do the day all over again!!!

Hi ladies, I wanted to take a few minutes to share our experience from our wedding on 11.11.19 at Huracan Cafe. I came across this group when I started planning my wedding and I received so much great information and tips from other brides. So I wanted to leave an honest review from our day.
We were absolutely blown away by the beautiful decor done by Nati. The venue itself has a rustic feel to it but the decor definitely made the venue look more elegant which is what I requested. I loved seeing my vision come to life. I’m still in awe over how unbelievably beautiful my bouquet was! Nati was so nice and completely understood my vision.
I started planning my wedding back in February with Meli. She is the sweetest and most helpful planner ever. She was so quick to respond to all questions, provide pricing, and assist throughout this whole process. Meli always made me feel at ease, especially planning a wedding from a different country.
The food and drinks were outstanding! All our guests kept raving about how delicious the food was. We used Huracan’s officiant/MC Jonathan. He was great. Kept the evening flowing and always ran things by us. We also used the venue’s DJ. He was great as well. Played all our songs, even Polish music. The night of our wedding was a bit hot and humid and there was no ocean breeze which made the venue pretty hot inside. The staff was so great and attentive and placed a fan next to our sweetheart table so we could cool off a bit.

A dream come true!
Words cannot express how grateful I am to the Huracan staff for giving me the wedding of our dreams. From the moment we met Nati back in 2017 I knew we were picking the perfect venue. Throughout the process I spoke with Stephanie and she answered all my questions and went above and be on for me making sure my invoice was perfect after my million and one changes on my wedding vision.
She also helped me with ideas and ways I could save money. She not only is one of my vendors but a dear friend now. I am incredibly happy I put my trust in Nati to deliver the most beautiful decor. She exceeded my vision way beyond what I thought was possible. All the details big and small were simply perfect.
The MC Ricky was great and made the reception run smoothly. The DJ was bomb.com, all my guest just keep raving about how this was the best wedding/party they’ve ever been to. He had everyone up and dancing all night long. The servers and bartenders were amazing and made sure everyone had a drink in hand.Everyone raved about the food and how great it was.

I usually don’t write reviews but Huracan Cafe definitely deserves this one! We had our wedding there on 01.10.19 and it was better than I could have ever imagined! Nati nailed the tropical theme I was hoping for, her assistants, like Julie, were always available to answer any questions I had and made everything run smoothly. I loved the little details in the menu and ceremony programs.
The food and drinks were absolutely amazing and we loved being able to pick out the drinks for the welcome cocktail and cocktail hour! The DJ kept the party going all night long and was happy to take requests! One of the servers always made sure I had a drink in my hand on the dance floor which was so nice of her! Our guests LOVED being surprised by the fire show and crazy hour. Our friends and family kept thanking us for inviting them and said it was the best wedding they’ve been to!
I am so thankful I found this awesome venue, it made wedding planning so easy and we will always hold Huracan Cafe in our hearts. We already decided to visit Punta Cana for one of our anniversaries!
